Do we need aXtura first?
These solutions are designed for the aXtura environment. If you do not use aXtura yet, we can discuss the platform and your application requirements together.
Are all the solutions ready to install?
This first catalogue presents custom solution concepts. Scope, compatibility, integrations and availability are confirmed during technical discovery. There is no automatic installation or payment on this site.
Can you adapt a workflow to our company?
Yes. Describe your forms, roles, approval steps and connected systems. We will assess the required changes and prepare a scope for your environment.
Do all bots use AI?
No. A workflow bot can use structured commands and rules. AI is optional and useful for tasks such as knowledge search, summaries and preparing drafts.
Where will our data be processed?
The deployment model is agreed for each project. Your requirements may call for customer-managed infrastructure or a managed environment. Any external AI provider and data transfers must be identified before implementation.
How is the price calculated?
The scope may include application licensing, setup, integration, custom development, infrastructure, AI usage and support. We explain what is included in the proposal. The aXtura platform licence may be separate.
