Project enquiries

When you send the form, we receive the name, email address, company, project description and any optional environment or contact details you provide. We use this information to assess and respond to your request and discuss a potential project.

A request is stored on the website hosting infrastructure and an email notification is sent to the aXtura team. Access is limited to people handling enquiries and authorised technical support. Please do not send passwords, API keys, employee records or confidential documents through the public form.

Retention

Unconverted enquiries are scheduled for removal from the website request store after 180 days. If a project proceeds, relevant information may be retained in the business records needed to manage that relationship. Email correspondence is handled by the team separately. You can contact us to ask about the information associated with your enquiry.

Essential technical information

The form uses a request identifier to prevent duplicates and short-lived, hashed network information to limit repeated automated submissions. The hosting provider may keep technical access logs. Your browser stores your analytics preference locally and may temporarily keep your request reference for the confirmation page.

Optional Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, measurement ID G-DZN2K2NQT4, only after you choose Accept analytics. It helps us understand page visits and interactions with the catalogue, demos and project brief. The Google tag is not loaded before acceptance. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled in this site configuration.

Google may process analytics information outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. See Google’s privacy policy for its handling of information. We do not intentionally include your contact details, project text or search text in analytics events. Page addresses sent by this site exclude query strings.

You can choose Essential only or withdraw analytics consent using Cookie settings in the footer. The site remains usable without analytics. When you withdraw, future analytics events are disabled and accessible Google Analytics cookies for this site are removed.

Your choices

You may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of information about you, or to raise a question about its use. Some records may need to be retained for the applicable business or legal obligations. You may also contact the relevant data protection authority.

Application data is separate

This notice covers the public store. Data processing by a deployed SmartApp, bot or AI assistant is defined separately for the implementation, including its hosting, source systems, providers and access rules.
